Meet Megan Oliver

Nutritional therapist and health coach specialising in women’s health and menopause.

I help women find a way of eating that fits into their busy lives, rebalances their hormones, gives them back their energy and vitality, helping them feel more like themselves again and rediscover their glow! No fad dieting, no feeling deprived, say goodbye to those sugar cravings and feel happier and healthier.


I’ve spent my entire working life in the food industry – I love cooking delicious, fresh food for my family but having completed my BSc hons in Nutritional Science and diploma in Personalised Nutrition all whilst working full time and managing a young family, I am all too familiar with how it feels to be juggling a million balls!

I love helping women find a way of eating that fits into their hectic lives and suits their needs which is all too important as we get older and what used to work for

us no longer does.

My Approach

Women are told their entire lives to eat less and exercise more to lose weight (if only it was that easy!) or that our perimenopause symptoms are something we just have to “suffer” through.


I work hard to dispel these myths and empower my clients to take control of their

health long-term.



I’m passionate about helping women to rebalance their hormones, reach a healthy weight and regain their energy and zest for life in a sustainable way. No fad diets or feeling deprived, just feel happier

and healthier.

Using a personalised, science-based approach, as your nutritional therapist I will work closely with you to identify the underlying causes of disease, looking for the root causes of

why you are experiencing

symptoms.

This will be your journey - but I’ll be here every step of the way to coach and support you to adopt

and follow your plan. I will motivate you and hold you accountable. Commit to the programme and

watch your life transform.
